Always use GCash or Maya accounts registered in your own name.
Your Data Is Not for Sale
We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal information to advertisers or third-party marketers. Data is handled for legitimate platform operations, service improvement, account protection, support, and compliance purposes described in this policy.
Limited Access for Service Providers
When information must be shared with payment processors, identity-verification services, or other authorised providers, access is limited to the specific service they perform. These providers must handle the information according to their contractual and legal responsibilities.
Meaningful Privacy Choices
You may ask to access or correct the personal information associated with your account. You may also request deletion where applicable, subject to identity checks and any legal, security, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping requirements that require certain data to remain on file.
Defined Retention Periods
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for its stated purpose or required by applicable obligations. Once information is no longer necessary and there is no valid reason to retain it, we apply secure deletion or appropriate de-identification procedures.
