JL16 Terms and Conditions Understand the rules before you play

1 Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you, as the Member, Player, or User, and JL16, referred to in this document as the Platform, we, or us. By visiting jl16.yachts, opening an account, depositing money, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them. JL16 participation is available only to Philippine adults aged 21 and above. Please check the latest version and applicable offer conditions before using the platform.

If you do not accept any provision in these Terms, please do not access or use JL16. By continuing to use the platform after an update takes effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Who may use the platform

Before opening and using an account, you must satisfy every eligibility condition listed below:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. 21 years old when you register and use the platform.
• You may only access JL16 from a location where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to you.
• You must not be a JL16 employee, contractor, or an immediate family member of one.
• You must not have an account that was previously closed or suspended, unless JL16 has formally approved your return.
• You must register and play for yourself, not on behalf of another person or as a third-party agent.

You must confirm that online gaming is lawful in your place of access before registering. JL16 does not provide legal advice and cannot determine the rules for every jurisdiction.

3 Creating and maintaining an account

3.1 Single Account Requirement

Only one JL16 account is allowed per individual. If several accounts appear to belong to the same person based on matching device information, IP address, payment details, personal data, or other verification signals, duplicate accounts may be closed. Bonuses linked to duplicate accounts may be cancelled, and winnings connected with duplicate-account activity may be withheld in line with these Terms.

3.2 Truthful and Current Details

All registration information must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact information, and other details requested during account checks. False or misleading information may breach these Terms and can lead to account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Protecting Your Account

Keep your JL16 username, password, and other login details private, and never share them with another person. You are responsible for activity resulting from credentials that you failed to protect. If you notice or suspect unauthorised access, contact JL16 support as soon as possible so the account can be reviewed.

3.4 Know Your Customer and Identity Checks (KYC)

JL16 may ask you to complete identity checks before your first deposit or when further verification is needed to protect your account. This may include a valid government-issued ID and a live selfie. You may also be asked to confirm that a payment account belongs to you. If the required information is not submitted within the requested period, access to certain account services may be restricted or the account may be suspended.

4 Deposits and withdrawals

4.1 Available Payment Methods

JL16 supports payment options used by Philippine players, including GCash, PayMaya, credit cards, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers. Availability can depend on the account and current cashier settings, so always check the payment options displayed in your JL16 account before starting a transaction. Transactions are handled in Philippine Peso (PHP or ₱), and any applicable terms or provider charges will be shown where available.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum and maximum amount for each transaction is shown in the JL16 cashier before you confirm it. Limits may differ by payment method and can be updated from time to time. Current examples include GCash deposits and withdrawals from ₱100 to ₱100,000, credit card transactions from ₱500 to ₱50,000, cryptocurrency transactions from ₱1,000 to ₱200,000, and bank transfers from ₱200 to ₱30,000. PayMaya limits may vary, so review the cashier for the latest details.

4.3 Withdrawal Guidelines

• Withdrawal options and instructions are displayed in the JL16 cashier. Use a payment account registered in your own name and follow the account-matching requirements shown during the request process.
• For GCash or PayMaya transactions, the payment account should match the verified member details on your JL16 account. Name mismatches may delay account checks or prevent a withdrawal from being completed.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash transactions may be completed instantly or within five minutes, while PayMaya is listed as instant. Credit card processing may take up to 24 hours, cryptocurrency transactions up to one hour, and bank transfers up to 48 hours. These are indicative processing periods, and the applicable status shown in your account and payment provider may differ.
• JL16 may request additional account or payment verification before approving a withdrawal. Submit accurate information and any requested documents to avoid unnecessary processing delays.
• A withdrawal may be held until all applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been completed. The specific requirement, eligible games, expiry period, and other conditions are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

4.4 Member Deposit Responsibility

Once a deposit has been confirmed, it is treated as final. JL16 does not accept chargebacks or payment reversals made without first contacting support. If you believe a transaction was submitted by mistake, contact JL16 support as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed. A chargeback initiated without prior contact may be treated as a breach of these Terms and can lead to account restrictions or suspension.

5 Bonuses and promotional offers

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

Every JL16 bonus or promotional offer comes with its own conditions, which are shown when the offer is made available. These may cover the eligible members and games, wagering requirement, promotion period, bonus amount, and maximum withdrawal. The offer-specific terms always apply together with these general provisions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Any bonus credited to your JL16 account must meet the wagering multiplier shown in the relevant offer before it becomes eligible for cash withdrawal. For instance, a 20x requirement means the bonus value must be wagered 20 times in total before a withdrawal request may be processed.

• You must complete the applicable wagering requirement within the validity period specified in the bonus offer.
• Games may contribute different percentages towards a wagering requirement. The applicable contribution rate is set out in the terms for each individual bonus.
• If JL16 identifies misuse or irregular activity, it may cancel the affected bonus and any winnings linked to it.
• Unless an offer clearly provides otherwise, only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time.

5.3 Bonus Misuse

JL16 reviews activity for possible bonus misuse. This may include taking the same promotion through several accounts, using deliberately low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering conditions, or working with other players to take advantage of an offer improperly. Where bonus misuse is confirmed, the relevant bonuses may be cancelled, and the account may be suspended permanently.

6 Game participation rules

Every game offered on JL16, including Limbo, Fisher Game, Monster Hi-Lo, Crickex, Badminton, WL Live, and Vivo Live, has its own rules. You can review those rules in the individual game interface. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the rules that apply to that game.

6.1 Game Results

Results on JL16 are produced through certified random number generation systems or, for live casino games, by the outcome delivered by the live dealer. JL16 does not alter game results. If a technical fault or system malfunction affects a game round, JL16 may cancel the affected bet and return the stake to the member's account.

6.2 Cancelling Bets

After a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the JL16 system, the member cannot cancel or change it. For sports bets placed before an event starts, settlement follows the event's final result. In-play bets are settled based on the event status when the bet is accepted.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Each JL16 game has applicable minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown in the game interface. JL16 may revise these limits when necessary. Accounts that regularly place wagers at or close to the maximum may be subject to a review of their betting limits.

7 Restricted and prohibited behaviour

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JL16 and may lead to account suspension, forfeiture of the account balance, and possible legal action:

• Fraud: Providing false details, using stolen payment credentials, or committing identity fraud to mislead JL16 or another member is prohibited.
• Collusion: Working with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game, especially live dealer games or sports betting, is not allowed.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or interact with the JL16 platform is prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Deliberately taking advantage of differences in odds between platforms to seek a guaranteed profit, regardless of the result, is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: JL16 must not be used to handle money connected to unlawful activities. Where money laundering is suspected, JL16 will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities.
• Account Sharing: You must not let another person use your JL16 account or access an account belonging to someone else.
• Chargebacks: Do not request a payment reversal from your bank or payment provider without first contacting JL16 support to resolve the issue.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by JL16

JL16 may suspend or close a member account, with or without advance notice, when it reasonably determines that these Terms have been breached, prohibited conduct has occurred, or action is needed for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Balance on Closure

When an account is closed because of a suspected breach of these Terms, JL16 may hold the remaining balance while the matter is reviewed. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is established, the funds will be returned through the member’s registered payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

A member may ask to close their JL16 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be handled before closure, while active bonus funds will be removed. Eligible real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment method.

9 Privacy and personal data

JL16 collects and processes personal data under its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering with JL16, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as explained in the Privacy Policy.

JL16 does not sell personal data to third parties. Information is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities when required by law. Personal data is stored using industry-standard encryption and security safeguards.

10 Responsible Gaming

JL16 supports safer participation for every member. Play should remain a form of entertainment, never a way to earn an income or address financial problems. To help members manage their activity, JL16 offers the following responsible gaming controls:

11 Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, JL16 is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected with your use of the JL16 platform, including the following:

• Funds lost because of technical faults, service outages, or internet connection problems on your side.
• Losses caused by unauthorised account access where you did not adequately protect your login details.
• Losses that result from using information on the JL16 platform for anything beyond entertainment purposes.
• Service disruption caused by maintenance, system updates, or events outside JL16's reasonable control.

JL16 does not promise that the platform will always be accessible or completely free of errors. JL16 will take reasonable steps to keep the platform available and address technical problems as quickly as reasonably possible.

12 Updates to These Terms

JL16 may revise these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. Any new version will be posted on this page together with an updated effective date. For material changes, JL16 will make reasonable efforts to inform members by email or through an in-platform notice.

By continuing to use JL16 after revised Terms are posted, you confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, stop using JL16 and contact support if you wish to request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted under the laws that apply in JL16’s operating jurisdiction. Legal proceedings connected with these Terms will fall under the exclusive authority of the courts in that jurisdiction.
